Hello hello! So I may have been delirious on what day we were actually on all week, but after meal planning figured out tomorrow starts week two!
Its not the cheapest meal plan around, but it is frugal for what we wanted to eat- and we made it work. I am hoping most of these meals can have lots of leftovers and meals are swapped, saved, frozen, etc.
We tend to really struggle with eating a decent breakfast, so I am trying to eat more leftovers instead of just eggs. Same with lunch, some days they are SAD, and we need to beef them up seeing at night some dinners have been full of us stuffing extra veggies and protein in our faces due to not eating enough during the day.
Fruit- I generally eat fruit with my breakfast and lunch. Hubby- post dinner ( yeah technically I would call this a cheat and its more “dessert” stand in, but hey if this is the worst thing he does I won’t nag. Too much.
