So 3 things.
1. Today I woke up and I went from kind of sick to now I’m super sick. Yay immunity fail.
2. I kinda had a bad day (see my IG)
3. I lost 5 pounds last week
Oh did I mention I ate out 3 times, and a whole galleon of ice cream? Yeah. Prior to being sick…no workouts, My job is pretty strenuous somedays …but I’m about to call my doctor to be like hey? So listen… miracles are happening.
I promise I am getting back to fitness. It won’t be all this random I’m eating badly but losing weight crap. I know this isn’t how it works! My ankle gave me issues last week, so I was giving it another few days before I try a walk for exercise kinda deal.
All I want to do is go there. Right. NOW.
