Eek! I am just getting home from what was a crazy busy day. My body hurts all over, and it doesn’t even bother me because the hubs is home! 🙂
Went to bootcamp
went a little like this after my half mile warm up:
Flip massive tractor tires across field with partner. While other partner group does front lifts and side arm lifts with weights until the tire gets back to you. Repeat 2x.
Then…the horror started. Running up then down each stair case on the stadium. Remember my leg day post from yesterday? Instant pain occured from that plus steps, then with my allergies to Missouri, and the 45 degree temp my asthma hit me and I was wheezing something fierce.
So get back down. More arm things till the tire gets to you. Flip the tire again across field 2x – this time I was sure I was dying haha.
Oh yes. Stairs again! I couldnt even pretend to run them this time. I was barley putting one foot in front of the other. I really missed my preworkout supplement that made me feel so powerful!
My sox box socks! 20% of each pair is donated to veterans. Everypair. Every time. Yay for awesome comfy socks and great company
Then planks with our feet on the tractor tire, I am pretty sure I was delirious and had no idea how long. Then right into pushups. Back to planks repeat. Then finally a break! I should mention they did this like 10 times with no breaks.. I only got 2 sets in and I face planted the rest. My body was shaking and my muscles literally would not do anything more. Reminds me of rowing days in college.
Then quick shower, did my make up while at red lights
Yeah yeah it was just mascara and lipstick. I didn’t text and drive. My eyes stayed on the road!
Haha. So I met my lovely old coworkers for lunch. Ate seriously what I thought was the best salad and wonton tacos. I forgot the pic because I was starving and dove in.
Drove literally forever. Ok not really, but you should know something. I hate being in the car and driving more than anything really. Just not fun I get bored and my ADD goes nuts ;-).
Ah! I forgot to weigh in!!! After all the food I had today I am so not jumping on. I guess there is next week. Crud. Well maybe next week will be epic! *fingers crossed*
Next week WILL be epic! Awesome job and I love those socks! I need to find me a boot camp program around here! Sounds like a killer workout!

Wow. Maybe I’m wrong about these tractor tires, maybe I need to channel more Green Acres when I’m exercising.
Some of the tires were heavier than others. We found that out when putting them away. Today our whole class comisserated about the odd places that hurt that have never hurt before = tractor tire! Who knew.
