So I will start this off, This was not how I planned on announcing my Ambassador status. I went to a dinner party last night, which really turned into one of the BEST girl talks I have had in a while! It also may have had a ratio of 8 bottles of wine to 4 people, shots, etc.
I started this post a few weeks ago to announce I am an EnergyBits Ambassador! I became one sometime in December, and could not be more excited. Today, for hangover BUSTING.
I will not go into how much a drank, but before I tucked myself into bed I grabbed about 60 recovery bits, water, and hit the sack. I woke up at 630 am still- Darn internal clock, and realized my cat was eating bits in my bed. Yeah. I guess they didn’t all make it in my mouth.. eek. *blushes*.
I was expecting to feel TERRIBLE. I mean yes, I still did feel pretty terrible because I ate gluten ( a no no ), had too much to drink, and overall way past bedtime.
BUT! I did not need to take any pain relievers. I did not feel like throwing up. Most hangover symptoms were not there!
Just exhaustion. But hey, I think that was my body telling me- “just no”
Lesson learned. Thanks to recovery bits though- I was not having all the symptoms.

I turned around for literally 2 seconds and she was silently eating all my recovery bits…That is a recovery bits beard…
I am going to get back to healthy eating and living now, and using recoverybits to boost my immunity and detox now 😉
