Hey everyone! I am getting prepared for the TinkHalf and we’ll keeping my fridge empty so nothing goes bad. I am still on my smoothie kick.
I got a little hungry and needed a snack today and decided to just make a..SMOOTHIE! Now it does not have as much protein added in and I didn’t take it with energybits so I didn’t count it as a meal.
Now it did come to higher calories than I know most people would like for a snack. But considering a snack pack of chips is 100-200 calories or more! I am pretty happy with this.
Honestly to me if I am going to get a little more calories from fruit and almond milk, I am ok with that. It is better than chips, cookies, or other processed crap.
This turned out AWESOME. It still baffles me that bananas are a hundred so calories and I should probably add only a half next time… but this is why I am loving my fitness pal! It is really making me think about portion control and calories. If you use it, add me! Showmeashley. I love sharing and cheering each other on.
This is a cup we got super STRONG banana daiquiris in on our honeymoon. There were beautiful views from the mountain top on St. Thomas USVI. This smoothie takes me back to unlimited smoothies and sand in my toes!
Also.. it makes me really want to do a few honeymoon recaps… relive the islands even more! !
