Motivated Monday

Hello all! How did it go for you?

image

I needed this today!!

I will be honest. Today felt sluggish. I slathered up aspercreme on my shins and just massaging it in caused some crazy posterior pain. Eh so naturally I went to bootcamp.

Monday! Almost motivated.

Class:
Warm up .75 miles walk jog.
Stadium stairs up and down 4x
Run a lap ( in my jello leg case walk)
Stadium stairs 3x
Lap
Stairs 2x
Lap
Stairs
Lap

32 whole body in and out crunches on bleachers 4x with 10 second holds between sets

4 sets of 10 tricep pushups right into 25 tricep dips

Then I fell asleep for 4 hours. I felt bad my husband did SO much around the housr while I was sleeping for no reason really. I had a full nights rest.

Not the best day nutritionwise, but mt gluten free habits have beem much better now that the comissary is open and my body is so thankful I am finally listening to the doctor again. I still am surprised everytime I stick to it for a month and I start to feel better. Same foods with gf subsitutes. More expensive but seeing as I am having visual and inside changes occur, I may now believe Hashimotos is kinda connected to gluten issues.

I plan to keep trading out gluten all week, and really focus on stretching even more.

How was your Monday? Plan out any goals for the week?

I had shin splits in high school when I played soccer and they were AWFUL! Props to you for battling through them.

My fitness goals this week are to do at least 4 days of cardio and try to get some weight lifting in there too. I also want to try a new class at the gym to keep myself entertained. I get bored so easily!
