Alrighty. I have a big post about goals that I keep wanting to post but time keeps getting away from me. See! I need to make goals and stay better on track…anyways.
Busy busy work life I have been pulling out mega hours, and I will just dip into one of my October goals- losing weight this month. I had lost 5 then gained 2 then lost gain etc.. ending up 1.5 down. Total. I know the month isn’t over yet, but I’m calling it.
I am embarrassed to even calculate how many times I stopped for soda or fast food this month! Let’s just say greater than 10, cry a little about my lack of planning and self control, and move forward. I have yet to find a groove of sleeping, living, exercising, and working. My hours change and since I usually come home feeling like someone ran me over at 11pm at night, I tend to eat my feelings of exhaustion.
Enter emeals.com. I got a free trial, and decided on 30 minute meals for two. Their other options range from clean eating, paleo, or just plain regular meals with specialized grocery lists for Aldi, Walmart, etc.

The recipes:
The shopping list:
You can easily skip meals, change plans, etc.
Now I signed up for the lunch menu too, and don’t think I would again. We are more simple eat a salad or sandwich kinda house. They are easy and healthy lunches, but maybe since I haven’t been cooking dinner.. I’ll start with dinner prep first.
It says it serves 1-2 people but I found we have a little left over depending on the meal.
