Hey everyone! I was going to do a weigh in….but first I had to check if it was even Wednesday, and then secondly the scale was not working. I have been trying to get 3 workouts in a week and have still been working on intuitive eating. So Yes, 4 taco bell visits vs 3 workouts. Thankfully my body actually still “feels” skinny. Ever have that feeling? Lets just say I may be wanting to skip the scale next Wednesday too.
Pain sucks.
My ankle tendon has been bothering more than these last few weeks but I think it is due to my introduction of the type of workout dvds I chose to do. I am stepping back to weight training and less impact so I don’t go backwards. I found for both my Plantar Fasciitis and the PTT, they really flared from irritating to excruciating when I started working again. It has been a hit or miss if I could struggle through anything extra outside of work.
I finally turned to using cremes, rubs, heat, ice, and stretches again. It all seemed to help but I had issues with my pain relieving lotions and gels. They either smelled bad, did not work, or created an oil spill on my ankle. ( so to speak)
Thankfully my friends at Zim’s sent me a can of this baby to try. ( As always, I was not compensated in any way. Oh we have bought many of their other products too!
I LOVE Zim’s Max-Freeze the most out of my cabinet of post workout pain relievers. It is found right next to all the other products you can find at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS and the like.
Why I love it?
- It is naturally based- (It does not contain harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances.)
- I can throw it in my purse and not worry it will leak
- I can use it for post work-out or post work aches and pains.
- The smell is light and goes away fast.
- IT IS NOT GREASY
Yeah I totally saved the best for last. The fact that it does not smell and isn’t greasy makes it better than all the other products. It is easy to spray and go and it does get on my clothes, dries fast, and seriously kicks my annoying pain in my ankle! I also have found myself using it post work on my back from all my abuse I give it there. Guess what, since I do love it–I want you to try it too, enter any or all the options in the rafflecopter below! a Rafflecopter giveaway
