Last day of bootcamp for the week!

image

I had a little time to actually eat breakfast because I woke up to my alarm! I might almost be adjusting to this timezone again.

I might have an obsession with mangos.  It all started with Hagaan Daas mango sorbet.  My most favorite food on the planet. Yep. Planet.

Todays smoothie is similar to yesterdays but only two spoons of vanillia protein. Frozen mango and pineapple. Naked mango juice. Water. Flax meal. Its super thick like a milkshake and I am digging this shake thing 😀

To be totally fair to other fruit, Haagen Dazs can probably make dog poop taste amazing.

Well I have a few kinds from Mr Olympia Expo. I tried optimum nutrition platinum hyro whey in chocolate mint. And platinum tri-celle casein by them as well is what I put in todays shake. Last night I used our normal strawberry protein that we get from the grocery store. Aka whats on sale and has good ratios. My husband loves it. I am just getting into it. 🙂

Thanks! Yea, I guess if you’re mixing it with fruits or milk or peanut butter (rather than just water) you could almost use any protein!
