Baby S – Dreams coming true sooner than later!

pregnancy announcement mothers day

SO! If you all have not followed me on Instagram.. this is the only place I have remotely kept up with keeping in touch with the world. Turns out the day I posted my meal enders post, I found out I was pregnant. Aka had funny feeling and screamed  from 7pm – 10pm that I was pregnant even though all the tests and things said I had a failed round.

Keeping a secret is near impossible for me with this. I pretty much told as many people as possible as fast as possible. ( And also made my husband swear to secrecy as I spilled the secret almost everywhere.. bahaha

Dreams do come true.

infertility PCOS baby at 12 weeks
I went into the 4th round with the attitude I Was getting pregnant no matter what.  I just confidently told Mr. Show me this was the month. I knew it. When it came and went that it was our WORSE treatment month yet, I oddly wasn’t sad and was just ready to try round 5. I didn’t care. I didn’t cry this last round when the doctor told me my results of the fertility blood test ( I got every day 21 of the cycle). I just said ok. Lets do this. next dose. Which normally every month I am bawling at the bottom of my shower, or flopped into a mound of pillows pouring out my sorrows in sobs and tears. So the lack of this was likely a welcome to my husband, who felt nothing but helpless as I cried about why is having a baby so hard, and its “ stupid”
lol. Yep..
THAT should have been a note to self… But I stopped pregnancy testing at day 37 and had already started the process of round 5. Day 46 I tested and turned 15+ at home pregnancy sticks positive after guzzling 32 oz of water at 9pm at night. I was definitely pregnant!  This was a solid year and a half of tests, pokes, tears, and just frustration. I am so thankful for a loving husband who even when he had no idea what to say to me, still said all the right things, supported me, and was just the best person on earth 😉
We are overjoyed and feel so blessed.

I am going to post next week my 20 week update, and do a short post on the journey from 0-20weeks.

Things have been crazy with life, work, Baby S on the way, and finding out other big life changes that I will talk about eventually.

Thats all for now. I had a short day at work and with the half way point looming I thought it was about time I blog! It not only relaxes me, it makes me happy! I also LOVE LOVE that a few of my favorite blogs I follow are pregnant a few weeks ahead of me like Fitnessista and Meals and Miles. I had followed them pretty regularly before ( All via insta because guys, I am lazy and scroll it for my daily news and keeping up with friends..)  and now I am like a hawk reading their weekly updates.

You won’t find weekly updates here for now. Maybe when I quit my job so I can stop waking up at 4am, I will have the energy to post more. Lets be real.. I am going to have a baby —-Sleep deprivation here we come 😉
