I am so excited to be out of that darn cast so I am able to get out, and more active this summer! I was approached a while ago by Active Accessories to check out their On-The-Go- Hair Band Bracelets. I was pretty excited as they are a new company, and their goal is to have creative affordable, sporty products for an active lifestyle. Score! Y’all know I love a good deal on a great product.
On the Go Hair Band Bracelet?
I was not sure of this when I read the email, until I checked out the website (here) and found a plethora of super cute hair ties! They are special. They literally are my new favorite option of hair bands/hair ties/ ponytail holders etc. Whatever you want to call it, I am digging them. Lately, I have been drawn to Red, White, and Blue (America!) colors, and so back in June I asked for my sample to be the USA color set. I am going to be so ready for the 4th Tomorrow!
- Ribbon like = pretty!
- Holds hair tight during workouts and through daily life.
- It looks like a cute bracelet, and does not cut off circulation in your wrist
- Does not pull out chunks of my hair.
Ok, that last one? I would like to assume I am not the only one that when you take out your usual elastic hair band- chunks of tangled hair come yanking out with it…. Regardless, even if I am? These babies glide right out no matter how tight I put them in there.
I was asked so many times about them while traveling in the airport a few weeks ago. First question- What did you do to your foot/why in a cast. 2nd- asking me about my Active Accessories Hair bands on my wrist.
Seriously though, I feel like these should have been invented years ago. I kid you not I threw away all my usual hair bands and ordered more from Active Accessories. I think they are a lot less damaging to my hair. I mean going to work out? – Tightest ponytail. Going out for a walk- Tight ponytail. Being lazy at home- Ponytail. I know that my stylist yells at me for all my ponytail inflicted damage to my hair, I am hoping these help reduce the breakage- They seem to be a lot nicer to my hair, and literally have not had any hair come out with them in my short month of using them.
We actually had Fireworks and Base party here yesterday, so I might of wore Red, White, and Blue! Loved telling everyone about my new love for the hair bands when someone asked about the ones on my wrist. Unfortunately I am a natural giver-away-er ( that is a word! ) and gave two of them away, and now I am feeling like I need to order more. I need options!
Options in Color & Where you can find them-
12 color options, with each pack containing (6) hair ties.
Some of the ones I have my eye on to add to my ever growing collection-
